How long have you been with WinWin?
I have been with WinWin since March of 2006.

What is your background?
Started as a programmer on S/34 and S/36 followed by RevG, Arev and now OI
Have been working with InTrust since 1994.

As Lead Developer for InTRUST, what are your main functions?
Stay ahead of the pack by listing to the users and integrating their wishes into the package.
Be attentive to issues and resolve them promptly.

What makes InTRUST the premier suite of tools for the Jail Management industry?
Simplify the data entry by reducing data duplication and joins the physical management of the inmates with the Trust management.

Can you tell us about a specific corrections facility and how InTRUST simplified its process of Jail Management?
Escambia County has been able to streamline their operations by using the query facilities that InTrust offers them internally and externally via the web.

What is your favorite thing about working for WinWin?
The family atmosphere and the sense of belonging to a group of people that have the customers best interest at heart.

What project(s) are you currently working on?
I'm currently working on the conversion from Arev to Open Insight of the Jail management package called InTrust that WinWin just acquired.

What do you do to keep your creativity level at its peak?
WinWin Solutions is a company that is on the competitive edge of technology. They are constantly growing through their product development, services and customer support. I am a positive person and I enjoy my job very much.

How do you keep up with what's going on in your industry/profession?
Read as much I can when I can articles from magazines and tech –emails from technical publishers.

What outside interests do you have?
I'm currently the training officer of the 1st Florida Regiment Young Marines and the local unit, the Orlando Devil Dogs Young Marines which is a youth organization that follows the principles of the marine corps to guide the kids though a drug free goal oriented live. It is NOT a boot camp for unruly kids. Originally, my only qualification was that I could use the computer to generate attendance sheets, exams and other registration forms but now I am very involved in the organization locally and statewide.
