How long have you been with WinWin?
4 1/2 years.
What is your background?
Early on I worked for New Jersey Bank (PNC Bank) as a teller and
moved up to training tellers. I then worked for New Milford Board
of Education as a bookkeeper until I started raising a family.
I was a stay at home mom with 4 children until the last one was
in school and then worked as a teachers aid. I started working
for WinWin Solutions 4 1/2 years ago and hopefully will stay
until retirement.
What is your current position/Title at WinWin?
I am the Director of Accounts.
What is your favorite thing about working for
WinWin?
I like the job that I do, which has grown as we have expanded
our business, but most of all I love the people I work with.
We all get along great
and work well together.
What
project(s) are you currently working on?
Each month I work on closing out the previous month and set up
things for the current period that I am working in. Alot of my
job is repetitous, but I like that type of order.
During
your time at WinWin, what has been your toughest project?
My job is not tough, but it would probably be when I have to
call people for money.
How do YOU gauge
success?
It's nice to talk with clients and
hear how satisfied and excited they are with a project that has
just
been completed. You know you have been successful when your clients
are happy with your work and they come back for more.
How do you keep up with what's going
on in your industry/profession?
I talk to the tech guys.
What outside interests do you have?
I like to run and cycle early in the morning. I also like to
work in my garden and sit on my front porch and read a book. |
