What is your background?
I spent 8 years working in several positions at Bell Atlantic. I then worked at IBM as a programmer for 3 1/2 years. While working both jobs I did a stint as an Software Instructor at the Katherine Gibbs School.

What is your current position/Title at WinWin?
Consultant/Developer

What is your favorite thing about working for WinWin?
The interaction with clients and the design and implementation stages of providing solutions. One of the many pleasures of working for WinWin is the diversity of our client base which provides for an interesting work experience both from a systems and personnel perspective.

What project(s) are you currently working on?
I am currently working on an AREV to OpenInsight conversion for the Neighborhood Defender Systems of Harlem in New York City.

During your time at WinWin, what has been your favorite project?
My favorite project is always my current project.

How do YOU gauge success?
Success is determined by the satisfaction of the client with the work performed.

How do you keep up with what's going on in your industry/profession?
I read magazines and periodicals specific to industry. I also attend seminars and training sessions involving new technologies.

What outside interests do you have?
I enjoy listening to music, reading books and spending time with my family.
